Young Columbans' Pilgrimage to Rome
To all members of the family,
I am writing this email from Ireland but not Peru. Finally I have reached the place where our society was founded - Dalgan Park, a big and beautiful place. I am here for our pilgrimage which will start on Sunday, 13th of June here in Ireland and we'll be traveling through France, Switzerland, Austria and will end up in Rome on the 4th of July. These were the countries St. Columban travelled through as a missionary. I hope Felisiano will get his visa to be here with me on this pilgrimage.
I am writing this email to ask for your prayers. We, the young Columbans, need your prayers during this very important and special gathering, to renew and reconnect with the footsteps of St. Columban. Ko ia ai mou lau e losalio pea mo manatu'i mai kimautolu ke ola lelei e fononga pilikimi 'oku 'amanaki ke fakahoko.
Toni, the people here in Ireland are waiting eagerly for the game this Saturday between the All Blacks and Ireland. I won't cheer very loud otherwise the Irish will attack me....ha,ha,ha.
'Ofa atu kia kimoutolu hono kotoa and you will all be remembered in my humble prayers during this pilgrimage.
Uncle Fr Napa
