Good News...I've Got My Visa for NZ

HELLO FAMILY, IT'S BEEN SOMETIME SINCE I WRITE SOMETHING ABOUT THE LIFE IN LATIN AMERICA, CHILE AND PERU. AS YOU ALL KNOW I AM WORKING NOW IN OUR FORMATION IN CHILE BUT I STILL BELONG TO THE PERU REGION. THERE ARE THREE STUDENTS IN FORMATION TO BECOME PRIESTS FROM PERU PLUS THE RECTOR AND MYSELF. CHILE IS A NICE PLACE TO BE, MORE GREEN AND CLEAN, SO DIFFERENT FROM THE DESERT EXPERIENCE IN PERU. IT'S MY FIRST YEAR IN THIS TASK, SO I AM STILL LEARNING AND ADAPTING MYSELF TO THE NEW LIFE IN CHILE. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY KIND AND HAPPY JUST LIKE THE PERUVIANS. BEING IN FORMATION IS NOT THAT EASY BUT GOOD TO LEARN, LISTEN AND BE PATIENT.

FELISIANO IS DOING THE SAME WORK IN THE FORMATION IN FIJI. WE ARE VERY THANKFUL ALWAYS FOR THE PRAYERS AND SUPPORT THAT ENCOURAGE US IN THIS VERY IMPORTANT ROLE. NEXT YEAR OUR COMMUNITY WILL RECEIVE BACK THREE WHO ARE ON MISSION EXPERIENCE AND A NEW STUDENT. OUR NUMBER WILL GROW AND NEARLY A FULL HOUSE, 9 PEOPLE. I AM HAPPY TO SEE YOUNG GUYS STILL INTERESTED IN THIS VOCATION OF PRIESTHOOD, FOR HOW LONG, I DON'T KNOW....JUST TRUST IN GOD.

PART OF THIS IS TO LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT I AM CONFIRMED FOR OUR FAMILY REUNION IN DECEMBER. TODAY I RECEIVED MY PASSPORT WITH MY VISA FOR NZ. SO I AM COUNTING THE DAYS DOWN AND LOOKING FORWARD TO MEETING THE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE IT TO THE REUNION. SO FOR ALL THOSE WHO ARE STILL WORKING ON THEIR VISAS, GOOD LUCK AND HOPE IT WILL COME THROUGH.

I WANT TO LET THE ORGANIZING TEAM IN NZ KNOW OF MY TIME OF ARRIVAL IN NZ. I WILL BE LEAVING SANTIAGO, CHILE ON THE 22ND OF DECEMBER AT 23.20 HOURS AND WILL BE ARRIVING IN AUCKLAND AT 04.30 HOURS ON DECEMBER 24TH. I HOPE SOMEONE WILL BE THERE TO PICK ME UP. I AM HAPPY AND LOOKING FORWARD FOR THIS FAMILY GATHERING. THANKS FOR THE PRAYERS AND SUPPORT. ALL THE BEST FOR THE PREPARATIONS AND GOOD LUCK TO ALL WHO ARE TRYING TO BE THERE. WE KEEP THIS GATHERING IN OUR PRAYERS. 'OFA LAHI ATU MOE HUFAKI NAPA
