Matahau Farewell for Elder Fifita

Malo e lelei famili

'oku ou tui 'oku tau tatau pe 'i he mo'ui lelei, pea 'ofa pe 'oku lele lelei aipe e ngaahi ngaue mo homou ngaahi famili takitaha.

Last night at Matahau we hosted and farewelled Elder Fifita (Uncle Poini's grandson), eldest son of Lisa and Brian. Elder Fifita has just completed his 2 year mission work here in Tonga and return today with his parents to the States. Lisa and Brian came to witness their son's accomplishment which is a great foundation for him and everyone who had followed in this path. I remembered, 2 months ago they had Elder Hola (Filimi's grandson and Keisi's son) on the same note.

As usual, Maliana, Nadi and Tiana hosted everyone with their umu and puaka tunu, with very little contributions from the rest.. hahah.. and occasion like this gathers everyone at Matahau to celebrate and always be thankful for everything.

Mau 'ofa lahi atu

Maliana/Sr Clare/Lotiola and everyone

ps: sorry for the photos. not so good, it's a camera problem
